These terms govern your use of Quit It, an iOS app made by TREMPIDO S.L. By using the app you agree to them.

What Quit It is, and is not

Quit It is a self-tracking tool. It counts time, holds your reasons where you can see them, and offers prompts and an AI coach.

It is not a medical device, a treatment, a therapy, or a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Nothing in the app is medical advice.

Stopping alcohol abruptly can be dangerous. Heavy or long-term drinking can produce withdrawal that requires medical supervision. If you are physically dependent, speak to a doctor before stopping. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Subscription

Quit It requires a subscription. Two plans are offered:

Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app and may differ by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, not by us.

Your content

Everything you write in the app stays on your device and belongs to you. We do not claim any rights over it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Quotations on our pages

Public statements about sobriety by named people appear in the app and on this website. Those statements were made in interviews and books independently of Quit It. Those people are not affiliated with Quit It, have not used it, and do not endorse it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it to harm anyone.

Availability

We aim to keep the app working but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The coach requires a network connection and depends on a third-party service that may be unavailable at times.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREMPIDO S.L. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
